Paul Murphy Plastics offers product design services which includes the extrusion tooling necessary to produce a consistent product from run to run. Our in-depth design process incorporates customer fit, form and function and extends to material recommendation and quality assurance testing. We are also routinely asked by our customers to examine their existing designs to enhance quality and cost.

We utilize 2D and 3D CAD/modeling, lathes, milling machines, and EDMs. Our customers represent a vast array of industries with equally diverse application needs.
