We were the first plastics profile extruder to achieve ISO 9001:2000 certification. We have developed systems and controls to ensure that products conform to customer specifications. An automated SPC software system provides specification management, test result storage and a variety of reporting/analytical tools. Our operators utilize this system along with direct gage input to monitor and track process capability. The software enables us to identify critical points and implement appropriate sampling procedures. When appropriate, we build our own gages to ensure accuracy and consistency.
